Rozalado Services

Rozalado Services joined the Lichter Realty, Inc. tenant community in April 2019. They are an integrated facilities service provider for commercial clients including general offices, healthcare, hospitality, construction companies, and commercial property owners. They offer janitorial services, floor care maintenance, supply ordering, handyman services, and general maintenance to their clients. Bringing together these services allows for seamless facility maintenance and excellent customer service.

They made this experience very smooth and stress free. This was our first lease process with major renovations. As daunting as it seemed, it turned out fantastic. Trust the process!

The Rozalado team was looking for a creative, flex space that not only offered a creative, modern office component for their young, energetic team, but also an industrial space with many utilities and amenities. This space is a robust facility and allows for the storing, processing, and dispatching of their fleet of service vehicles and personnel with tools, equipment, and supplies. A location within the northern limits of Chicago was also essential. The industrial/flex space on North Pulaski Road was a perfect fit for this business. With tall ceilings and an open and modifiable floor plan, our team was able to partner with them to create a headquarters they envisioned to stay at for the next decade of growth for their company.

Ray was able to educate us on the build-out process and give us a very open and transparent look at how everything works and always found solutions for anything and everything.
