Alarmist Brewing

Since it’s inception in February 2015, Alarmist Brewing has provided a unique and outstanding experience for the Sauganash community with its top-quality beer. The brewery features three flagship beers – Pantsless (American Ale), Le Jus (Juicy IPA), and Entrenched (American IPA) – along with nine other rotating drafts options in their newly designed taproom. Most recently, Alarmist received a gold medal for Le Jus at the Great American Beer Fest, which is the most prestigious beer fest in America.

Becoming a tenant of Lichter Realty was a smooth process, it was one of the best things to ever happen to us.

Initially, owner Gary Gulley and his team were looking for a space in which to grow. They needed tall ceilings for large brewing equipment, floor drains for cleaning, a loading dock and overhead doors for deliveries, and a unique space for a taproom.

During the transition from old to new management, the Alarmist Brewing team was initially worried. After meeting with our team only days after the acquisition, Alarmist felt comfortable and at ease with the transition. We assured them that their needs would be met and that we were interested in seeing their business grow. This strong partnership help during the construction of their taproom, which now features ample seating, a gorgeous bar top, on-site parking, and a perfect industrial feel.

The Lichter Realty team was there to support us reaching our business goals and most importantly was instrumental in getting the taproom open as soon as possible!
