DogHouse CrossFit

Founded in 2012, DogHouse CrossFit is a full spectrum CrossFit gym specializing in group classes, personal training, nutrition coaching, and Olympic weightlifting teams. Their expert team of trainers deliver results to the communities they serve by giving support and encouragements to their members throughout their fitness journey. DogHouse CrossFit’s mission is to train and develop individuals to reach their highest level of personal fitness.

In late 2017, owners Courtney and Natalie began the search for their dream space. The company believes in the “garage gym” mentality because it encourages hard work and a feeling of community. The floor plan and aesthetics at The Foundry building on North Elston caught their eyes – specifically for it’s tall ceilings, brick walls and overhead doors. Although they had an extended leasing period, we focused on meeting their needs within different aspects of the lease. This led to a trusting partnership between us and their team. We value open conversations with our tenants and strive to be quick to respond and communicate effectively.

The space was built out to meet the tenant’s exact needs such as private offices, kids play area, showers, a welcoming lobby and spacious locker rooms. The open floor plan allows for a plethora of space for the different aspects of crossfit training such as weightlifting, large group classes, boxing, training equipment, and cool down area. In the end, we were able to make their dream space a reality.
