Maplewood Brewery & Distillery

Maplewood Brewery & Distillery is the first of it’s kind in Chicago, a distillery and brewery all under one roof. Hand crafted to perfection, Maplewood’s beers and spirits are popular among Chicago’s craft industry. The beer is distributed to bars, restaurants and grocery stores across the Chicagoland area. Recently, they updated their space. The front portion of their space now features a taproom with a beautiful wooden bar that greets customers as they enter, lots of natural light and ample seating for patrons.

We were excited when they were first introduced to us; a great team of guys passionate about their product. When we met with Ari, he explained their needs for the space. Their equipment needs alone made them unique to our portfolio. They needed tall ceilings for storage, brewing equipment and pallets. Multiple floor drains were essential for safety and cleaning. An open floor plan was also important so the space could be set up for optimal use. They needed drive-in doors for easy pick-up and delivery of orders.

Our 7,000 SF industrial warehouse space in Logan Square seemed to fit their business perfectly. The close proximity to the highway gives their drivers and team easy distribution to all neighborhoods, which is essential for Chicago businesses.

They toured many spaces before landing on us.
